Welcome to Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Management Centre
Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Management Centre, Department of Power, GNCT of Delhi was set up in 2006, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (d), of Section 15 of the Energy Conservation Act-2001 to work as a State Designated Agency (SDA) to coordinate, regulate and enforce of the said Act in the state of Delhi in association with Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). It has also been designated as State Nodal Agency (SNA) for implementation of programs of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Govt. of India and State Agency by Forum of Regulators. This Centre is responsible for promotion of renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy conservation in the Delhi state.
