State Agency (SA):-

1. Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) has designated EE&REM Centre as State Agency vide Order No. F.3 (317)/Tariff/DERC/2011-12/4029 dated 18.11.2011 for the purpose of accreditation & recommendation of Renewable energy projects.
2. Implementation of Renewable Energy Certificate framework and Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) notified by DERC in the state of Delhi NCT vide order no. 3(292)/Tariff/DERC/2010-11/3026 dated 1st Oct.2012.
